Returns & Exchanges

At IMPI Sportswear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your performance gear. If your items aren't the perfect fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely place them in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
